Yay! Our new blog is up!
I'm so excited about our new blog! We've had a few issues with our previous blog service, and we've known for some time that we wanted to make a
change. But, like most everybody, we've been so busy with other things that we've repeatedly put off creating a new blog. Finally, we've gotten around
to it, and we couldn't be more pleased!
One of the best parts of this new blog is that we've created it and are running it entirely on our own - no blog service or anything like that to deal with.
From a creativity perspective, this is awesome because we are in complete control over the blog - the look, the function, the content - everything! We
wanted a blog that was clean and classy and not overly complex. We hope that we've achieved that.
Anyway, you can always visit our old blog by clicking the link near the top of the column to the left. We'll keep the old blog up and running for the next
month or so, but we won't be updating it at all. In the meantime, we've posted some of our previous blog posts to this new blog, and you can find them
below.
One of my favorite new features is our collection of Recommended Vendors on the left side of the page. Many of our brides ask us from time to time if
we have any good recommendations on other types of wedding vendors, and we do. So, we thought we'd make it even easier for everyone to see a list
of those vendors whom we think are the very best in the business.

The Wedding of Annie & Mujo
Since our blog is all new, we thought we'd help to fill it in a bit by
revisiting a few of our past posts... our reasoning is that as soon as with
the previous blog altogether.
This particular wedding was soooo much fun! Traditional Greek
Weddings ( actually, technically this wedding was a traditional
'Macedonian' wedding ) are filled with fun and festivities, food and
drink, and lots and lots of dancing!

The Wedding of Azam & Danielle
Azam and Danielle were married at the beautiful Franklin Park
Conservatory, and their ceremony was simply gorgeous! Much to our
liking, they devoted a lot of time to photography after their
ceremony... YAY! First, we strolled the Conservatory grounds, and
from there we journeyed to North Bank Park for some more urban
looks.
Ultimately, we wound up at the beautiful Creekside Park in Gahanna
for yet more photos, before going into the Creekside Conference &
Event Center for the reception, which was an amazing event unto itself.

The Engagement of Ashley & Brandon
Ashley and Brandon are a great couple and they have a truly cool
sense of style - we love it! And we knew this going into their spend a lot
of time planning the little details beforehand - where to go, what kind
of looks we're going for, etc.
So, when the day of their photoshoot finally arrived, the weather was
great and they looked great and we were totally excited - it was just
perfect. Anyway, enough of my writing. To see if you agree, take a

The Wedding of Amy & Vincent
We met Amy and Vincent at the Columbus Bride Show and had a
great connection right from the start. They had a great vision of their
wedding day and we just knew that it was going to be a fantastic
experience from start to finish!
Like most of our couples, Amy and Vincent made their wedding day
photography a top priority, and it shows! They devoted a lot of time to
photography, and we couldn't have been happier with that!
With friends and family attending from all over the world, we worked
hard - as always - to ensure that we documented everyone and
everything - including a guest named Brutus!

The Wedding of Shannon & Jimmy
Shannon and Jimmy were referred to us by one our previous brides,
and we couldn't be happier to have been their photographers because
they are so much fun!
I also knew two of Shannon's bridesmaids from before, so the whole
day long I felt like I was just part of the gang!
Shannon and Jimmy were married at the New Albany Links golf club
which, by the way, is really beautiful, and of course it provided us with
all sorts of great spots to shoot. Of particular help was the fact that
Jimmy golfs there himself, and knew all the best spots for
photography!

The Wedding of Brandy & Luke
Brandy and Luke were married on a beautiful September day on the
patio of the Confluence Park Restaurant, overlooking downtown
Columbus.
After the ceremony, we joined the happy couple for a "photographic"
stroll through the Arena District, which was a lot of fun because the
area was filled with people, who kept honking their horns and calling
out their congratulations to Brandy and Luke as we went about our
business.
Finally, we returned to the restaurant for a wonderful reception filled
with food and dancing and fun!

Sarah and Alex had a fun and festive wedding day, which isn't a
surprise any time I photograph a tradtional Macedonian wedding day!
From the food and drink to the music and dancing, this day was one
non-stop celebration!
After their ceremony at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in downtown
Columbus, we traveled to the Easton Hilton for the reception, and we
never slowed down - not for a second!

The Engagement of Danielle & Azam
You may recognize this couple's names, since their wedding post is
just a little bit higher on this page. But, they had a really wonderful
engagement session, so we wanted to be sure to feature this as well.
Azam and Danielle are as nice a couple as you could ever hope to

The Day After Session of Craig & Ericka
So maybe you're wondering what a "Day After" session is? If you are,
then you're in luck, because I'm about to tell you. A Day After Session
is what I call any type of Bride & Groom photoshoot that takes place
after their wedding day - whether it be the next day, the next month,
or even the next year. It's a lot of fun and it gives the bride a chance to
wear a dress again, and maybe even get some shots in that they
didn't have the time or ability to have done on their wedding day.
This bride is totally beautiful, right? Well, it may be because she is
none other than Ericka of Magics In The Makeup, one of my great
friends and one of the best Make Up Artists in the business. So, take a
