The Best of 2011: The Facts
Every year in December and into the early weeks of January, I like to do a series of "Best of" posts about that year's best cakes, flowers,
moments, etc. Well, it's December and that means it's time for me to get started. The categories will be the same this year as last, and
I've decided to start with one of the most most fun ones - The Facts.
So, this is just a miscellaneous collection of facts about my 2011 weddings - some of you may find this very interesting ( Hooray! ) while
some of you may not. Either way, here they are, and I hope that you enjoy them! By the way, the actual "fact-gathering" - which involved a
lot of math in some cases - was actually quite tedious! Whewwww....

It was a tie with Jennifer ( 2 ) and Amanda ( 2 )
What was the most common name of my grooms?
There were no repeated names for my grooms this year - the closest I got was Ben and Ken.
How many weddings did I photograph in 2011?
26 - that's 2 less than 2010. Boo!
How many of those wedding ceremonies took place in a church or other house of worship?

How many of those weddings took place outdoors?

How many weddings and the subsequent receptions took place at the same location?

None that I am aware of. CORRECTION!!! One of my brides, Carolyn, just contacted me to let me know that she
and her husband, Kaoru, actually took 3 dancing classes at Arthur Murray to prepare for their first dance! She
apparently keeps quite a sharp eye on this blog! Thank you for that, Carolyn!!! :)
