IQ FOTO featured in the new spring issue of Columbus Bride!
Each spring and fall, a brand new issue of Columbus Bride arrives in stores, and participating vendors are always invited to submit images from
their weddings for inclusion in the magazine. It is always fun for us to grab a copy of the latest issue and see which ( if any! ) of our images were
selected for publication.
We were so happy to find all sorts of our images featured in this particular issue, one of which is displayed to the right of this narrative.
Congratulations to Brandy & Luke for having their wedding so prominently featured as the lead image to the Columbus Weddings section of the
magazine!
This particular image was taken in the Arena District, with the famous arch to the left side of the picture - a little different use of that particular
spot than what one typically expects to see - but don't worry, we got the traditional shot under the arch, too! :)!
We also want to give our congratulations to Danielle & Azam, and Abby & Will, as both of these couples also had various images from their
wedding days published throughout the magazine.
We also just so happen to have full posts about each of these couples from when we originally blogged about their weddings, and you can view
these posts by clicking on their respective images, below.

As I mentioned earlier, this image was created right next
to the Arch in the Arena District - you can just see the
edge of the arch on the left side of the image.
We did the traditional shot under the arch ( looking from
north to south ) but didn't want to just leave it at that,
and actually shot quite a few more in and throughout the
area of the arch - and we're glad we did!
This particular image has a little bit of photoshop
artistry added in for effect, which I really like and I hope
that you do, too!
This is a great page put together by Columbus Bride
magazine, and it features three more images from
Brandy and Luke's wedding, along a fun little narrative
about the couple.
The image at top was taken at the Confluence Park
restaurant, where Brandy and Luke were married, and
which also served as the location for their reception.
The image below that was taken next to the arch - behind
it, actually...although you can't tell here because the
image is so small, the bouquet in the foreground is in
sharp focus, while we chose to shoot the image with a
lense that left the couple a little bit blurry in the
background - a nice effect, I think.
At the bottom of the page is a nice shot which we
grabbed as Brandy and Luke simply shared a laugh while
they were walking along the sidewalk towards us a short
time after their wedding ceremony.

We've intentionally blurred the images on this page -
advertisements actually - from other photographers as
we're not sure they'd appreciate us posting their
copyrighted work on our website!
The in-focus image is of Azam and Danielle, who were
enjoying a few moments together for some photos at the
Creekside Plaza before going into their reception at the
Creekside Conference and Event Center.
This image of Abby & Will was used by Columbus Bride
as the "gateway" image to their "The Look" section of the
magazine - a real honor for Abby & Will - and us!!!
We love this image, and had it made into a gallery wrap
which we display at our booth at the various bridal
shows in which we participate.
Just as with one of the previous pages, we blurred out
the images on this page of the magazine which were
created by other photographers.
The in-focus image on this page is from Abby & Will's
engagement session, which by the way was a total blast
and they had soooooo many cool images from that day -
we loved it!
We were thrilled to find one of their images made it to
publication because the magazine doesn't print very
many engagement pictures at all. YAY!

We have quite a few more images in the magazine, but it is Easter Sunday and I think I'm going to just stop right here.
But, if you'd like to see the rest, be sure to pick up a magazine when you get the chance. I don't often see the Columbus Bride magazine at most
grocery stores or places like that, but I always am able to find them at bookstores like Barnes & Noble or Borders.
Even better, schedule an appointment to meet with me, and I'll be happy to give you a copy for free! ( They actually give me a bunch! ) We can
look at albums and I'd love to hear all about your own plans for your wedding day!
